Ordered medication worth £250. It arrived damaged and Royal Mail took photos and provided me with a reference number to provide to Pharmacy Online. Pharmacy online have spent 2 weeks arguing with me and refusing a refund. Beware if anything goes wrong with your delivery, they won't help! Worst customer service I've ever recieved and I will NEVER order from them again

I emailed Pharmacy Online after discovering an air bubble in the saxenda pen fluid that is injected into the body. I was extremely concerned due to stories I've read about people dying from air bubbles such as this when injected into the blood stream. Despite having emailed their support re my concern a week has gone by and I still have not received a response! Very poor considering it is people's health they are failing to respond to.

This product is for those who have give up on dieting, paying out weekly membership and all they do is talk about food. You have definitely got to be in the right mind frame as this makes you feel bit sickly, but persevere and carry on. I’m eating healthy cut down to bread, crisps, snack bars and alcohol. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables, drink water, chicken, fish and small portions. Ask google what’s good if your not sure! You won’t feel like eating that much, believe me. My stomach before looked like I’d eaten a bag and chips even if I hadn’t. I don’t feel bloated and actually able to do gardening and walking. Which I ached every day, I can see the weight coming off…so I feel excited. Yeah it’s expensive, I’m 54 years old and yeah your slower at doing things, gone through menopause, so without this boost, I was unable to achieve any weight loss, and ate all the wrong foods. So good luck to you out there…if I can do it, so can you;0) x

Hello Jack, We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. As stated on our website, orders made before 15:30 would be dispatched on the same day. Your order was made on a Saturday, after the cut-off time required to be eligible for DPD Sunday delivery and would have been delivered to you the following Sunday. Due to this, your order was switched to the most suitable next day service so that your order would not be delayed by a week. We hope this helps and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I paid extra postage for the item to arrive on a specific day. It didn’t arrive. I wrote to ask for my postage to be refunded for my inconvenience (the item was urgently needed) and have received no reply from customer service. I will not be using this Company again as they are extremely unreliable.

Process is easy and convenient , postage is pretty slow given its letter post Item supplied was a different brand to the one pictured and the formulation was very thick and greasy unlike the branded item I thought I was buying . Wouldn’t buy the product again

I'm 81. I haven't reached this age by being casual or irresponsible with meditation, so why does someone who doesn't know me feel able to judge what I can or cannot be allowed to take? I'm disgusted and won't be buying from PharmacyOnline again.

Firstly, I didn't receive what I ordered. You have a picture of certain mints online, (the ones I wanted, my favourites) but they're not the ones I received. I received a completely different variety - sugar free! And yet, your customer services tried to convince me, they're exactly the same mints, and refused my request to return my order. Having different ingredients and very different packaging, I felt fobbed off with something you can't be bothered refunding or exchanging. (Despite your returns policy stating that if the product is not as described, I am well within my rights to return it). Why have you got picture of a product on your website -that you clearly don't stock - and then expect customers to accept a different variety/flavour, telling them it's the same product! Ridiculous! I'm currently launching a complaint, as I am wholly unhappy with the way you've handled my order, not to mention, a woefully poor customer service.
