“I can’t thank the procare team enough! Such quick and lovely service. Ashes arrived all lovely in a scatter tube and with a candle and certificate. When getting the phone call to say my bunny has been picked up from the vets, the driver was very reassuring and said, ‘can I say it’s the most beautiful, gorgeous bunny I’ve ever seen’. ‘She will be safe with us’. Lovely service, kept me very updated. I cannot recommend pro care enough!

“The lady who took my initial call was caring , understanding and patient , I was a sobbing mess and she let me take my time to make the arrangements with her .
After being given enough time to say my goodbyes , the young man who came to collect Poppy was calming , gentle and totally respectful of her little body , she was treated with dignity .
I personally didn’t want ashes but I had asked for the option of fur clippings , these were delivered a couple of days later in a simple glass phial just the right size to hold in your hand for comfort . I was also given a candle which was a lovely touch .
I’ve been left feeling content that I did the very best for her in death as I did in life .

“I cannot thank private enough, they were so friendly the staff on phone was very helpful but most of all I got my Jack Russell Dottie cremated on her own omg they done me and Dottie so proud they had a Jack Russell urn they done Dotties paw print and put it in a frame also put some of Dotties hair in a little glass bottle with cork lid and a certificate and a lovely candle wihich I will light on her birthday and anniversary I thought I would cry when she can home but I did a little but when I opened the box I just cuddle d her now she stands proud on my windowsill where Dottie always lay when I went out so I want to give private a big ThankQ I would recommend you to all animal lovers you helped me get through the hard bits of Dottie life xxxxxxxx”
