“From the moment we spoke to the two receptionists at their site, they did everything to make the passing of our beloved family member Buster our beloved Long Hair Jack Russel, more tolerable. They were reassuring and kind and we even got a call each step of his journey from the vet to their place and then when he was going to be cremated.
