“I couldn't recommend Penny Black enough. I discovered them last year when I couldn't source a particular planner directly from Leuchtturm. The service was great then so, this year, I came back for the whole of my Christmas stationery list. The service was exemplary. I made an error in my order and customer service were lovely about sorting it out. Best of all, the items arrived the next day, signed for, perfectly packed and in perfect condition. Penny Black have earned my loyalty. I'll be back every year and recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“Nice designs but you packed a card with a non-easy peel sticker to keep the card closed for some reason. It wouldn’t come off properly and has spoilt the card. There is no reason for these stickers in the first place and now you have fucked up what otherwise would have been a nice card. Will not recommend. Will not purchase from again, simple as that.”

Hi Richard, Thanks for your feedback and I'm very sorry your order has been damaged. The card clasps are a fantastic step forward in our industry to move away from single use plastics such as cellophane wrapping of cards. It sounds like there has been some kind of glue failure here, which has unfortunately caused the card to be damaged. I'm really sorry it has clearly been quite distressing, we'll reach out by email to find out more and get this sorted for you asap.

“I did pay for next day delivery but it didn't arrive. I didn't write a very good review. However unasked from me, the company sent me an email apologising and explaining what had happened. They refunded the postage cost immediately. I will definitely use this company again. I loved the cards.”

Hi Shani, I'm so sorry to hear of your experience. We have tried to make the choice of delivery method clear by naming the next day option as excluding Sat/Sun and having a separate Saturday guaranteed option. However, I'll feed this back as we may need to adjust the delivery method name to be more clear. I'll reach out direct to find out a little more and we'll get this sorted for you asap.
