“Wonderful top quality hand knitted products made with care and precision! I submitted my order just a day or so before the Christmas break (last minute as usual!) but notice of dispatch was pretty much instant and I received the presents in perfect time for Christmas.”

“Beautiful quality hand knitted headband. Lovely colours and the fleece lining is very soft on the ears. Key rings look cute and should make useful gifts. Very heartening to know these products are fair trade. The delivery was very prompt and arrived in perfect condition. Love this website”

“I WAS SO VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PACHAMAMA CARDIGAN WHICH I PURCHASED VERY RECENTLY AND HAVE WORN IT ONLY ONCE. I NOTICED THAT A HOLE HAS APPEARED WHERE THE STITCHES HAVE COME UNDONE UNDERNEATH THE COLLAR. THIS IS MY SECOND PACHAMAMA PURCHASE SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND HOW UPSET I WAS ON FINDING THE HOLE.”

“Sent for a replacement bobble hat for my son because my puppy ate his!!!! The new one arrived promptly but the hat is so much smaller than his so I know it won’t fit. I did state on the order that he would need it on the large side. He loved his fox bobble hat 😞😞😞”

“Unfortunately this wasn’ta good fit. It’s a lovely looking sweater in the pics but the actual garment wasn’t wide enough to be an oversize fit for me. The neckline was quite different from the pic as well. I’ve had Pachamama garments before and they have fit beautifully. A shame because well made and lovely design and otherwise length was right although sleeves a bit long. Anyway sadly had to return 😟.”

“Super item and very fast delivery. I had to return it as it wasn't quite the right size/fit but the returns process and very straightforward, and the returns postage/handling charge was fair. Would definutely consider buying from Pachama again *****”

“My order took 11 days to arrive, hence loss of one star - although this may have been an issue with Royal Mail rather than Pachamama. Eleanor from their customer service replied promptly to me to set things right so well done for that.”
