“Perfect fit - I sent in my size. Warm and snuggly. I was concerned that it felt very light - but it did not detract from the warmth. Love choice of colours.”

“Lovely gloves, maybe a bit more quality control needed, though,as one very much bigger than the other? I understand that,. by the nature of your business, individual garments will differ. However, a pair should be a pair. A long soak in conditioner and bit of stretching has me wearing both gloves now but it was a disappointing start.”

“Beautiful hat and quality product. However, the hat was packaged in a plastic envelope and it was absolutely squashed. You can move it back into place it's not a long-term issue, however paying for a product and then it coming battered just does not make you feel excited about your purchase and I was disappointed. The hat also smells musty and damp like it's been sat exposed in a damp old building. This is an issue and again was disappointing. The products you sell are nice quality luxury items. Please deliver them as if they are. Customers don't want to be let down when the item arrives. I think it is nice that you ask for sizing in the order process as things are natural fibres and can have variations. That was a very nice personal touch.”
