“Still waiting for item to arrive used the tracking number and Royal Mail have it but can't guarantee delivery. Been on Pachamama website and there are no contact details so how do I tell them time to use a different carrier?”

“These hand warmers are a gift but they arrived very quickly and look gorgeous! I'm sure the lucky recipients will be thrilled as they are beautifully made in lovely colours, ideal for the cold winter weather. The matching hats, scarves and sweaters look lovely too and reasonably priced for wool - I have told family and friends about Pachamama and hopefully will be receiving something lovely myself!”
