“I wish I could write a review, but the fact of the matter is even though my order was placed on 26/11/22, and I received confirmation that the order was dispatched, there’s absolutely no sign of it to date (30/12/22), and there’s no further information to be gleaned by clicking on the tracking number!? Utterly bamboozled and beginning to fear I may never receive my order. On a positive note, I have previously bought hats, snood, cardigans from Pachama and I love their products, but admittedly I’m disappointed this time around. Margaret O’Faoláin de Bhróithe”

“Fabulous service, I ordered the wrong size, sent an email minutes after I placed the order and it was answered almost immediately and the size was changed before I received my order. The package arrived in just a couple of days despite the postal strikes. The item was a gift and the husband was delighted (it's his second fleece-lined sweater). He spends a lot of time outdoors and reckons these are the warmest jumpers available. Looks very smart too. Most impressed with both the customer service and the quality.”

“So very pleased with my Robin beanie it is beautifully made being a knitter myself l can see it has been expertly made with care, the half lining is very soft and comfortable and the Robins adorable my favourite bird. Every one who has seen it loves it and so do l. Will definitely use this company again and have already passed out the name to family.”
