“Had brought a pair of the sheep wrist wamers sometime ago and mistakenly put them in a normal wash, hence they shrunk. Missed them so much ended up buying another pair and another to go with them. The updated style are a little bigger but both have me smiling again as cheerful and finger free especially if working from home on that keyboard. Thank you.”

“Lovely quality jumper and the service was very good. The fit is a bit bigger than expected. I'm usually a 14 but 12/14 star jumper was too big under the arms and round the base.”

“I am so pleased with my hats. I have a massive head and struggled to get a hat to fit and be comfy and look good for years. I asked advice from Pachamama customer services and Riza was so helpful, suggested which styles would be best and the packing team were able to check to see if it would fit before sending. I am so happy I have a hat!! Being on more cold weather!”

“Quality is amazing but gloves or hand warmers Need to come in different sizes also have room for a watch to be worn. I have an iwatch like many people and was very tight. Please amended the width or girth around the wrist. Two returns and I will be deducted for both returns as not faulty even though not fit for purpose. Still waiting on first refund over two weeks ago returned and Royal Mail shows received to return address.”
