Customs charges and duties vary based on country and order contents and are out of our control. I'm sorry you didn't know about them in advance though. “I was actually really impressed with Oskoe. I had ordered the Little Dutch Balance Bike elsewhere for my daughters 2nd birthday and after several days of receiving my order (and after taking my money), the other company advised that they didn't have it in stock! I then had a last minute panic to try and find somewhere that had it in stock (most places were out of stock), and to actually get it delivered in time! Oskoe had it in stock and I received it a couple of days later, and with free delivery. I don't often leave revision, but they did impress me. Thank you Oskoe for your prompt and impressive customer service.”
