“I received excellent customer service from Oskoe!! I pre-ordered an out of stock item for my daughter before Christmas, which they were so helpful in assisting with the ordering of, on their chat. They kept in touch throughout the whole journey, always updating me on the delivery status (via text and email). The item itself (Konges Slojd pram in Cherry Blush) is absolutely gorgeous and arrived ahead of Christmas, as promised! “Updated: I got a refund for the product that was left out of my package, and I would purchase from them again because I love supporting small businesses. I love the products, but I never received one item that I paid for and I emailed immediately, still no response. I cannot say I would order for them again.”

We had a slight issue in that we received the wrong order shortly before Christmas, but Georgina went above and beyond to rectify the issue in a difficult time of Royal Mail strikes and courier bottle necks. It really was exceptional service and worthy of the 5 stars. I would order from them again.”
