Was really disappointed and quite shocked to receive a stained item from this brand. I’m reluctant to buy from this brand again given the lack of QA. Customer service were keen to resolve at first, but couldn’t replace item due to the rest of the line being faulty too and they wouldn't grant a refund on postage despite the inconvenience this caused of my daughter not having this present for her 3rd birthday. Such a shame as they stock a great selection of premium brands but will be looking elsewhere in future.

Hello Rachel Thank you for your review. Once again I’m really sorry you received a faulty product. This is well below the standard we expect. The issue appears to have occurred during manufacturing and we are working with our supplier to establish the cause. I’m also sorry to hear you are not happy with the previously discussed resolution to the problem. When you told us about the fault (a stain), we offered an immediate refund or a replacement to be sent once the remaining stock had been quality checked. We offered to send the replacement with a next day delivery service so that it would arrive in time for your daughter's birthday. Unfortunately when checked the next day we discovered our remaining stock was also faulty and so we could not send a replacement in time. At that point we again offered a full refund and shipping label in order that you could return the item, or a 50% refund and for you to keep the item (our understanding was that the product could be washed to resolve the issue). You accepted the 50% refund and we believed that you were content with the resolution. We subsequently refunded the agreed amount. I am disappointed that we misunderstood which is our fault entirely. If you would like to return the item for a full refund please get in touch and we will arrange that. Best wishes Stuart

Wrong order received Requested them to resend the correct item. Unfortunately was told it’s now out of stock Gave me alternative option or to wait weeks for the item to be restocked. I requested for alternative (even when that’s not what I was wanting) Since then no replies to my email. I will let PayPal know and try get my money back. Poor service unfortunately!

Hello Zalihe Firstly please let me apologise again for our mistake, we sent the wrong item. This caused a great deal of disappointment, and was entirely our fault. You contacted us on Saturday to inform us about the error. We apologised and explained we would get back to you with a solution once our warehouse opened on Monday. Unfortunately the original was out of stock which compounded the problem. We agreed an alternative item as replacement on Monday. We dispatched the replacement yesterday, Tuesday. I am sorry we were not able to resolve the problem more quickly. If you would like a refund please return the relevant items using the return label enclosed with the replacement. Again, I am really sorry we got this wrong and we’re unable to resolve the situation satisfactorily. Best wishes Georgie
Very very bad experience!!! After writing the address so many times ots written wrong address and its very far away that they asked me to pay extra 100£ for the customs alone!!!!
