“My delivery arrived late. When I contacted the store to find out when it was due to ship, and that I needed in time for a certain date, I was sent a payment link for express delivery. I paid, but it still arrived late. I know they can't control the mail but I would've hoped for more urgency and sympathy.”

Hello Sebastian I am sorry your order arrived late. I can see that it was placed at 2155 on Monday 11th and you chose our Standard Delivery service. You contacted us on Wednesday the 13th to upgrade to Royal Mail 24, and we dispatched that day. If you would like to return the item for a full refund please get in touch via email. Kind regards

“The delivery was quite quick but the packaging very poor. This resulted in a bent box and contents. These card mobiles really need supportive cardboard as all parcels get chucked around in transit. Very disappointing as this mobile is not cheap.”

“I didn,t know that i had to pay more money when my package arrived to my home. It was 24 euros more or less so i sadly find a little expensive this purchase (this added to the almost 50 euros of my purchase) :(”

Customs charges and duties vary based on country and order contents and are out of our control. I'm sorry you didn't know about them in advance though.
