“I had an issue when purchasing a rug. Having spoken to both of the owners via email, I can say they are very attentive and were still replying to emails at nearly 10pm. So obviously they are doing brilliantly with customer service. It's always good to know a company will try their best when any issues occur.”

“Updated: I got a refund for the product that was left out of my package, and I would purchase from them again because I love supporting small businesses. I love the products, but I never received one item that I paid for and I emailed immediately, still no response. I cannot say I would order for them again.”
