“I ordered a few bits for my son just before Christmas. I was abroad at the time and made my order to be delivered just before I arrived back in the uk. Unfortunately the item I had purchased wasn’t in stock. I hadn’t known of course until I had received a text message, email and voice message from the Oskoe team to inform me. I was so surprised with how quickly they chased me up about it and made sure they got hold of me asap to receive my order on time for Christmas. Kindly they offered me a few alternatives as the item wasn’t in stock. I was really happy with their kind service. I received my order super quick and everything was beautifully packaged and perfect. Not only are the items they sell honest but so are the people behind name. Oskoe il definatly be shopping with you again ! Lovely people and beautiful items !”

“The delivery was quite quick but the packaging very poor. This resulted in a bent box and contents. These card mobiles really need supportive cardboard as all parcels get chucked around in transit. Very disappointing as this mobile is not cheap.”

“I ordered some little Nanchen dolls, they arrived extremely quickly. I emailed for reassurance of their arrival after ordering because of some very sensitive personal matters. I was emailed back with a lovely message and was told they would send them out right away. In our order we had a handwritten note with some kind words. Thank you so much ❤️❤️”

“My bag was beautiful, service was amazing. I messaged them on day 4 as not heard anything. Live chat was fab informes of Microsoft IT outage & all parcels that were to be sent out on the Friday were delayed but were to be sent out that day. Delivered next day amazing”
