“Driver alway very helpful. Oil fast need to introduce an emergency delivery (yes, we understand a premium might need to be paid) If one runs out of oil (it can and does happen), being advised it “might be a week or so before we can get to you” = OK, I’ll use a different provider!”

“I have been a customer of Oilfast for about 8 years and would never buy from anywhere else. Always prompt delivery, fabulous staff and thoroughly reliable even though I live in a fairly rural setting where the roads aren’t always great.”

“I have used oilfast for some years now. Their prices are good so I don't feel the need to " shop around " The girls at my local Inverness branch are very friendly and always up for some banter! That goes for the delivery men, always cheerful, despite the difficulty getting up a narrow drive and across the garden to get to the tank!”

“I use the Grangemouth Depot and pay by card when ordering. I was very annoyed to have to phone again and ask why my delivery had failed to arrive. Apparently it had been overlooked. This was not the high level of service I have been used to from the Depot. The delivery men and vehicles are always clean and tidy and very efficient. The driver apologised but I had run out of oil during a very cold spell. I take it this will not happen again.”
