“Customer service is rubbish waiting over 2 weeks for gas then to be told sold out”

Sorry to hear about your negative experience. FloGas works on a one in one out contract we only had 4 empties so could only purchase 4 which sold out in a day. We don’t accept orders on these items, people call in daily for these so first come first serve. We hope you have a better experience next time.

“I have no problem with excellent response to delivery requests but on the last occasion there was a local tanker lorry in my village delivering oil to a neighbour. I telephoned their Newport office and found their oil price was lower than yours and despite phone call to your Raglan office the price was not reduced. Apart from that I am never disappointed with Oilfast.”
