“I am pleased with my chair once it was assembled.I wanted a small chair to fit into a confined space My husband and I had difficulty with putting the back into the seat. Then we realised there was a push button that did not push in so we had to push it in place with a nail file while the other person dropped the pillar of the seat into position. We also watched a vidio on U- tube where of course assembling was simple.”

“The overall quality of my chair is very good. However, your quality control during manufacture is sadly lacking. On assembly one of the arms location socket was very badly out of alignment. So much so I required help to pull the arm a great deal to locate the bolt. The socket is malaligned (see enclosed photos}. The chair required the first bolt to be removed to allow the other end to be fastened first. It spoiled the assembly process a great deal and may affect the structure of the chair. I would have given 5 stars had the bolt hole been in the correct position.”

“The driver arrived and thought he was collecting something. He eventually found our item in the back of his van. The quality of the cabinet is very disappointing. It has around 60% of the capacity of a metal cabinet of the same outside dimensions.”

“Initial contact was by email, asked a few questions about specific types of chairs that would be suitable for me, office boffins sent a link to some that maybe suitable. No personal response, transactional at best. Went onto to an online chat, the response was better, but a definite lack of personal touch or interaction, very mechanical, as in we have this or this, take your pick! I bought a chair through them, but no loyalty built, if that makes sense, would look elsewhere rather than feeling they had become a trusted supplier.”

“Delivery was quick but putting the cabinet together was hard due to the instructions not being very good and some of the holes being in the wrong place.”

“Nothing wrong with product. Three things wrong with delivery. two office boffins fault, one DPD. 1 ordered for delivery on Wednesday. Delivered Tuesday whilst I was out. (Hence the Wed request). 2 No mention that it was from Office Boffins ( It was IDM Ltd - who he?) 3 Email from DPD saying an IDM parcel had been taken in by H*****S. Nothing useful like the house number, who knows their neighbours surnames?”

“The product bought is vastly inferior quality to that described on the website. That said, Debbie in customer support has been very proactive and helpful in trying to help me resolve issues - some of which are outstanding”
