“A really comfortable chair and arrived within 2 days.. easy to assemble but needed my husband to do a fairly heavy lift and hold it in place.. maybe a male could have managed it on their own.. so far extremely happy with the website/service and product”

“The chair is easy to assemble and seems sturdy. It is fully adjustable and looks as per description. So far it is comfy. Maybe something can be improved on the headrest (for example making it easier to remove it, and making it more stable and more comfortable. Overall seems to be a good chair, but I have been using it for a week only. Time will tell if it last.”

“Very quickly sent replacement castors to replace cracked one. Lost one star as they reduced the price by £30 just after I bought a chair.”

“Very Pleased with the chair – nice and sturdy and comfortable for the lower back. They instructions did say to tighten with an allen key, but there was no Allen key provided, and everything seemed very tight, and there was nowhere to tighten anyway!”

“Overall the chair is decent quality. Fabric:- 5/5 Adjustability:- 5/5 Comfortability 4/5 Design:- 5/5 Functionality:- 4/5 The chair is good, however it is not a cheap chair and the concerns are:- • Comfortability:- Padding not sufficient enough, you will still bottom out which gets uncomfortable when sitting for longer periods. This is very unfortunate as it’s the very reason I bought a 24 hour chair, and yes I am well within the weight tolerances. • Functionality:- We have hard surfaces and the wheels make a horrible metal rattling sound when moved over the hard surface. Conclusion:- I would not buy it again simply due to the lack of padding issue, I have had multiple back surgeries and I need that padding to provide long sitting comfort. If the padding on the seat area was either more dense or firmer it would likely score top marks. As it stands it's an overall 4/5 which is still better than most out there.”

“Product excellent....delivery documents confusing as they said there should be 4 packages. I wasted time chasing the courier (who only delivered 2 packages) only to find that there should have only been 2 in the first place.”

“Product arrived promptly and looked like the website picture. There was one detail in the construction that was missing - no hole into which the bottom drawer 'balancer' should fit - but otherwise the cabinet functions. It might have been me not reading the website description correctly, but I was surprised to see that the bottom drawer only took A4 size suspension files not foolscap ones.”

Hi Raymond, Thanks for getting in touch. There should be a wee conversion bar with your pedestal that converts the filing drawer from A4 to Foolscap. We'll drop you an email to see if you have it and if not, we'll get one out to you asap! The bottom drawer of this unit has an anti-tilt foot on the front underside to support the filing drawer rather than a castor. We'll get our product description amended pronto! Sorry about that.
