Initial contact was by email, asked a few questions about specific types of chairs that would be suitable for me, office boffins sent a link to some that maybe suitable. No personal response, transactional at best. Went onto to an online chat, the response was better, but a definite lack of personal touch or interaction, very mechanical, as in we have this or this, take your pick! I bought a chair through them, but no loyalty built, if that makes sense, would look elsewhere rather than feeling they had become a trusted supplier.
