The overall quality of my chair is very good. However, your quality control during manufacture is sadly lacking. On assembly one of the arms location socket was very badly out of alignment. So much so I required help to pull the arm a great deal to locate the bolt. The socket is malaligned (see enclosed photos}. The chair required the first bolt to be removed to allow the other end to be fastened first. It spoiled the assembly process a great deal and may affect the structure of the chair. I would have given 5 stars had the bolt hole been in the correct position.
