“Delivered on time. The chairs are easy to assemble I have 3 of these chairs all with the same model number but somewhere along the line the manufacturer has changed the cushion and stitching design”

“I chose a Dynamo 24 hour task chair, mistakenly thinking that this would reduce back pain as I often have to spend long hours in front of the computer. The chair initially didn't seem that awful, but having used it for 2 months I have to say It's one of the worst chairs I've ever used. The number of moving parts and adjustments in combination with poor tolerances mean that it wobbles, makes noise and even shifts out of position at the slightest movement, and to add insult to injury the seat cushion feels like I'm sitting on an excercise ball rather than a chair. While it may be possible to dissasemble the chair to tighten the bolts for the moving parts myself, I feel for the price I paid (£287) this is not something I should have to deal with, and even with better tolerances the chair is simply uncomfortable for long periods.”

“The large heavy delivery was dumped on our step and my elderly husband struggled to lift it over the step into our passage way.driver was going out of the gate almost at a run. It would of been good custermer care if he offered to help .”

“Quick delivery (next day in fact), easy to assemble & well packaged. Although the website states that the chair is suitable for people up to 154kg, it would be great if you state the height of people that it’s suitable for also. I’m 6’2” & in the fully reclined position the top of the chair back sits across my shoulders which becomes quite uncomfortable after a short time. Having said that in the upright position working at my desk, it's absolutely fine.”
