“Brilliant from start to finish, delivery was on time and pleasant the desk was easy to assemble, quality is excellent, a first for us for something to go so well. Great to deal with loved the product, all good to, highly recommend 100%. Good looking well made piece of kit exactly the measure we wanted and look fab. Thank you for such a great service.”

“Process as you would expect for an online purchase Packaging was poor to a level I though I had received a re-packaged/return item. Internal packaging also seemed out of place I am still not sure if that is true but I did not find any issue with the chair I would be interested on the suppliers comment on this”

We've had a wee look at the POD image and it looks like the carrier have had to tape up the box. It likely arrived with them a bit worse for wear. We'll have a chat with them about it. “The process of ordering and delivery was excellent. The diagrams were okay, but a bit difficult to see if you need reading glasses, but on the whole it didn't take long to get my fabulous new chair together. I was impressed with the way the bolts and nuts were all packaged and labelled and although it was not needed a screwdriver was also included. All excellent. My chair is just what I needed and it's very comfortable. My tension headaches and jaw pain have all stopped. One criticism was that the headrest did not have any instructions for use and it took me a while to figure out how to get it back in. You have to FULLY extend it OUT in order to push it back in. There is no release button. Might be good to include that in the operating instructions for this 'All singing - All dancing' chair.”

“Unsure whether to leave the review about the company, the courier or the product but either way the general experience wasn't great. The delivery was delayed from it's original stated time, which is probably a courier issue, and wouldn't have been so bad if the packaging didn't also arrive damaged. The product itself seemed promising, but small details were sloppily done, something that I wouldn't have expected for the price range. The product also came damaged in several places. Overall, the website has a nice selection of chairs, but perhaps the one I got was just a dud, compounding with delivery problems that added to the aggrivation.”

“Good website with clear description, sufficient photos, and detailed dimensions. Item was in stock and was delivered within 2 days. Good packaging with sufficient protection for heavy items. Clear assembly instructions. Pedestal drawers were pre-assembled saving significant time. Very good experience overall.”
