“The chair I was shipped had a defect that stopped it going together properly and made several parts unusable. I reached out to their customer service team about the issue. I got straight to a real person - no annoying bots. Once they understood the situation they were quick to suggest the sending of replacement parts, which they sent free of charge and without quibble or complaint, and I'm very happy with my new chair so far. This is a company worth supporting. I'm not bothered about the defect, these things happen. What makes a great retailer is how they handle these things when they do happen, and Office Boffins handled it perfectly. I won't make a judgement on the chair itself yet, I've not had it long enough, but it's very comfortable and is a clear step up in terms of robustness from a standard high street chair, so I'm happy to set the defect aside (again, no manufacturing process is perfect) and say that my experience so far actually speaks very well for the quality of their first party product range.”

“The product arrived safely and undamaged. I was pleased with the quality of the underdesk pedestal but disappointed to find that the screw bolts supplied to secure the drawer handles were too long. To solve this problem I had to fit non-supplied plastic spacers. This is the reason the product has only received 4 stars.”

“Received our desks recently, there was a delivery issue as the boxes hadn't been secured to the pallet in transit which resulted in some damage to the desks; not down to office boffins but the delivery driver / company. Office boffins got in touch immediately to resolve the issue and have taken this up with the delivery company to ensure it does not happen again. The desks themselves are sturdy and are serving their exact purpose. Great customer service from Office Boffins, will be buying from them again in the future.”

“I recently set up a home office and needed a replacement for a 20 year old office chair that was understandably falling apart . I searched for a second hand option without success.And came across an online advert for Office Boffins.After a bit of research into said business I found just what I was looking for at a very good price and next day delivery.The chair is ideal.It was delivered on time ,was very easy to assemble and really comfortable to sit on.It suits the office ideally and I would recommend it and Office Boffins to anyone.”

“This company had exactly what I needed in the form of a cabinet for our newly refurbished office space/sewing room. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and it arrived by Tuesday midday, pretty good going. It was ok 🤔 to assemble for two people ( I would have liked the illustrations to have been a little larger/clearer). There was clear communication with the company and delivery tracking which was helpful.”
