Nothing wrong with product. Three things wrong with delivery. two office boffins fault, one DPD.
1 ordered for delivery on Wednesday. Delivered Tuesday whilst I was out. (Hence the Wed request).
2 No mention that it was from Office Boffins ( It was IDM Ltd - who he?)
3 Email from DPD saying an IDM parcel had been taken in by H*****S. Nothing useful like the house number, who knows their neighbours surnames?
