“Goods arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. However, on removing dress from package 2 of the beads fell off the top part of the dress”

“Lovely garments arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged. Sadly the measurements given on the website for the sizes I ordered (my usual sizes-I'm between measurements) seemed wrong so returned. No option to swap for correct size so awaiting refund before ordering the size I hope will fit.”

“Was very pleased with the service my dress arrived promptly and was packed lovely , unfortunately the dress colour wasn’t quite right for me so I sent it back . It was so easy I just packaged back up sent it via Royal Mail tracked with the label they supply and they just take the postage price off your payment . It’s only been three days but I haven’t received confirmation of refund yet but maybe early days . I would recommend this company .”

“I ordered a dress on line. You kept me fully informed of progress to delivery. The package was secure and well presented. Unfortunately, the dress was not suitable and I returned it using the pre-paid label. You informed me you would refund, which you speedily did. Thank you.”

“I ordered on line and it was easy and delivery was quick and on time . Dress was well packaged . Unfortunately it didn’t fit me (too long ) so I have had to return . “It’s difficult to rate the actual boutique as I have not actually visited, only ordered online. However my order arrived swiftly and well packed. Unfortunately the dress was overall to big & I wasn’t so happy with my choice and have sent the dress back using the pre paid returns label provided and await notice of refund. I will however hopefully visit the shop in March as I have booked a slot. Regards KWaters”
