“I had seen several adverts for Notch on social media but eventually took the plunge! It took forever to try and find my perfect notch combination as there’s so many to choose from (this is a good thing!). It came super quickly and is even better in real life. I’m really pleased with it and the customer service (when I couldn’t decide on colours pre-purchase). Highly recommend and look forward to buying more notch’s!”

“As a recently diagnosed Type 1 diabetic who is now insulin-dependent, I was advised of my responsibility to inform others and was recommended to purchase a medical alert bracelet. During my research, I came across NOTCH and immediately liked the contemporary styling that suited my lifestyle. Moreover, the design, adaptability and ability to tailor the bracelet to my specific and individual needs appealed to me. I was also able to customise the bracelet to my larger wrist size. The bracelet duly arrived and I have been living with it for just over a week. It has already drawn favourable comments from friends and colleagues alike. The magnetic clasp is very strong and the bracelet is comfortable on the wrist. Following my purchase the courier failed to deliver the bracelet in the time requested, a service that incurred an additional cost at the point of purchase. I contacted NOTCH who were excellent and immediately refunded my postage costs. They also offered to manufacture a replacement bracelet if my delivery was not received in the next 24 hours. Once the bracelet did arrive, NOTCH also offered me a complimentary NOTCH that was delivered in just over 48 hours. So, whats not to like? The quality and design is important to me as the bracelet is something I need to live with daily. The materials used are all of very high quality and the engraving on the NOTCH(es) is clear and easy to read. In addition, the support and response from the team at NOTCH was of the very highest standard underpinned by regular communications and updates. Overall, I am absolutely delighted with my purchase.”
