“The bracelet with the notches is beautiful, however it has already come off twice so I won’t wearing anywhere for fear of losing it. I would love it if you could come up with a better clasp design.”

“Was told it would come in plain envelope but did not, spoilt the surprise. Did get sorted out by customer service though. The notches are a little smaller than expected but good quality.”

“Excellent customer service,I had an issue with a bracelet being a little tight, due to my measuring. I was wearing it for about a month before I got in tough.
