“I think this is a lovely idea and much more modern and wearable for an outdoorsy person. Delivery was very quick and customer service very helpful. Just wish the notches were a little cheaper as I would buy more.”

“Was disappointed, my charm was gold coloured with family. Can hardly mske out the characters. They don't seem to be etched deep enough. Surely they should be either darker or lighter so they show up?”

“Product good quality, however I was ordering as a gift and it was not easy to navigate doing a notch and a bracelet, therefore I had a name printed on the reverse of the clasp in error when it should have been on a separate notch. This error cost me an additional £10 and then I still had to order a separate notch.”

We do send every customer an order confirmation email which contains information on shipping timescales, and a shipping email once the order has been sent.
