“Bought the loop as a gift for my son passing his initial training in the Navy. I made a mistake on the engraving. It was dealt with promptly by their customer service and a replacement sent at no extra cost. Absolutely amazing customer service. I am over the moon with it.”

“I bought a bracelet recently as a memorial item for a beloved family member, and therefore it was highly personalised. Immediately after I ordered, I changed my mind about the wording on one of the notches so I emailed the company. Not only did they change it for me without fuss and with sympathy, but I received everything 2 days later even though the processing time is up to 10 working days. The quality is also excellent. This is my 2nd personalised bracelet and I would order again without hesitation.”
