“Customer Service is amazing! I had contact via email and the response was so kind, compassionate, friendly and human. Such a lovely experience. I measured my wrist incorrectly. Think I got too excited for a new bracelet. But the team at notch were brilliant. So helpful and replaced my first purchase with a purchase that after remeasureing was perfect. The exchange was really quick and efficient. And every response in the email was a joy to read. I really appreciate the time and effort the team gave me. Thank you, it didn't go unnoticed.”

“Your service is great the only thing you could change is the sizing measurement on the website site I measured my first bracelet and ordered what I thought would be the right size and when I received it it was miles too big so Iv had to send it back for a smaller one”

“Easy to find the Notch I want and/or to personalise it. Very easy to order. Fast delivery and great quality product. I love them and have 2 bracelets of Notches; one for running challenges and the other for walking challenges. It's a great reminder of all the challenges I've done.”
