“Fabulous idea and I love my new notch bracelet, arrived very quickly and was well presented. The only slight criticism I would have is that the colours are much duller than the pictures and the white writing on the pink charm is almost lost. However that said I will be buying more notch’s. Thank you”

“A beautiful product, the charms can be personalised and the little rubber bands that go in between the charms ensure they don’t move around the bracelet. It’s also got a magnetic clasp that makes it easy to secure onto your wrist.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with NOTCH, I ordered a medical ID bracelet and when it arrived I realised I measured my wrist wrong. On contacting costumer services I explained and asked if I was able to purchase another, they told me not to worry and to post the one that I measured wrong back to them and they will sort me a new smaller one. I couldn’t believe how helpful they were, with it being my mistake and the measurements were custom made I presumed I’d have to pay for a new one. I posted the other bracelet back and received the new bracelet only days later. Can’t thank NOTCH enough. Also love the bracelet it’s so nice to have a medical bracelet that actually looks nice.”

“There are loads of great options, and delivery is quick. The website could be better- letting you preview how your personalised notch will look, or even being able to see a standard notch rotate, or in 3d would be great. Also, being able to edit notch options once you’ve added them to your basket. It would be great if you did an option for a bracelet and two text notches as a bundle. And also, if you did offers for purchasing multiple notches at a time.”

“Delivery much quicker than expected which was great. Overall lovely quality, but one of the notches isn't stamped as well as the others, with some misalignment. I would buy again however as the quality is nice and a unique idea.”
