“Got this for my son, he absolutely loves the bracelet however I purchased two charms one is absolutely fine but the other which is a significant one isn’t the colour it states and therefore doesn’t look as good as it should. For clarification I purchased the DofE bronze and it looks more gold even though I clicked on the bronze”

“I have already purchased a medical id bracelet and four appropriate Notches, all arrived quickly. I have just received my order of a fifth Notch, equally quick delivery. I am very pleased with all purchases. The bracelet is very easy to put on and comfortable to wear. I think it has the advantage over some other medical alert bracelets that it is lightweight and eye-catching, and the information is instantly visible, no fiddly capsules to open.”

“Very quick turnaround. Had the clasp engraved. One thing, have had this done about a year ago and if I correctly recall, I was able to choose from a number of fonts; the previous engraving was preferable. Perhaps this choice could be brought back? Overall though, very pleased with service and quality.”

“I was looking for a more fashion conscious medical bracelet rather than an escaped convict style one. My Notch is perfect, I absolutely love it. The fact that you can add or takeaway the rings as required is a massive bonus with the ability to personalise to individual requirements. Everything is super quality and looks fabulous on my wrist. Ok there are cheaper ones out there but I think this is the best, it's a pretty cool bracelet to be fair. Ordered on a Sunday and it arrived by Tuesday first thing. Bearing in mind each ring was bespoke. Fantastic bracelet and fantastic service most definitely 5 🌟 Thankyou Notch 👍🏼”
