“First purchased from Notch in July. Unfortunately lost the bracelet and 7 notches on a recent holiday. Emailed customer support and you agreed you could replace like for like with 50% off. Amazing service and any question they were quick to respond. To make it even better it was also on the doorstep the day i returned. They have a customer for life and recommending to all my friends and family”

“I absolutely love my bracelet and have received lots of compliments! Once I had worked out how to order and customise the bracelet and notches it was painless and quick. I ordered a customised bracelet and some customised notches as well as a couple of standard notches ....the order was completed much more quickly than I expected and arrived by Royal Mail promptly. No hassles at all. I'm looking forward to ordering more notches on the future. Great service, thank you everyone at Notch!”
