“I needed a medical ID bracelet and found this website, which seemed to give a very expansive range of products to choose from- and quite eye-catching, which is important having my condition. Customer service was excellent. They answered my email within the day, and their lengthy explanation was easy to follow. I love my leather bracelet, the magnetic clasp is strong but easy to use. I intend to add more notches to it too. Exactly what I wanted. Thank you!”

“I really love the bracelet and charm. Mine is for medical purpose with multiple sclerosis. The only thing I do not like is that the letters on the charm disappear easily and I only have it for 3 days.”
