“The bracelet is nice and I already ordered more notches. It's very customisable and the clasp is nice, not super hard to pull apart but not going to come undone. Customer service seems very nice, I received an email that the purple clasp wasn't in stock and they were asking if I wanted to wait till the given date they'd be receiving more or change colour clasp, I chose to wait but it was nice to be given the option and not just left in the dark.”

“UPDATE: after leaving my review customer services contacted me and sorted me out with a few options and the alternative band they offered me, at free cost was perfect Really impressed with not just the band but the customer service. Highly recommend 👍 Ordered the Notch Medical Leather band (premium) and the red ID metal band is not red - it's maroon? Way off the colour shown when ordering.”

“I have over the last few years bought many notches and bracelets for myself and as gifts for friends.Unfortunately I have lost one bracelet and all its notches when the faster came open ,lost its magnetism.Recently the same thing happened once again but I was lucky and found it in my car ( same problem with the fastner). Such a shame as I had received many compliments .”

“I have really enjoyed my NOTCH bracelet. Recently, I was discussing my current Notch that I was adding and mentioned that some of my old Notches had become worn, they very kindly sent me new ones. It really meant a lot to me, as I had finished all of those adventures with my husband who passed away a year ago. Thank you and I'll be back!”

“Website was really easy to navigate and well-presented. Huge range of products to choose from, including different colours and customisation options. Super quick turnaround, delivered within a couple of days, plus no delivery charge. Product is of good quality and lives up to the advertised standard. “Me and my wife got our notch for our first wedding anniversary present to each other. I subsequently lost mine before our second but my wonderful wife got me another one amd we got a new charm to suit the new anniversary. I love it as it stands as a testament to our devotion for each other and whilst the second year has had troubles we remain faithful to each other.”

“Ordered a bracelet in memory of my dog who recently died. The ordering process took a while to master but the end product is lovely. Notch's customer service is excellent and the bracelet and notches arrived quickly. The notches are quite small, but I love the thought and sentiment behind them as they are personal. A little pricey, a few more combination deals would encourage me to buy more than one notch at a time.”

“I love my Notch bracelet, it's so colourful and lots of people ask about it. I use it as a way of documenting my running journey so I get a new notch every time I reach a milestone or complete an event in proud of. I also have a notch with my ICE contact.”
