“Really nice product and customisable as things change plus avoids subscription fees like other services on the market. It’s stylish too. Took a while to arrive but that was in part due to Easter holidays.”

“Very impressed with speed of delivery and quality. But so disappointed with one of the colours. I ordered steel and turquoise. My husband's favourite colour. The colour is a barely there ice blue- almost the same colour as the steel! Not sure I received the 15% discount code for selecting recycled material? But based on quality and style I would buy extra charms/another bracelet in the future.”

“Whilst the service was good and speedy I ordered a charm to go on the bracelet for “allergy to latex” only to find that the spacers used to separate the charms are made containing natural rubber latex. Thinking they were made from silicon I placed them on to have an anaphylactic allergic reaction to them!!”

Hi Hannah - I can confirm that our rubber spacers are Nitrile rubber, a copolymer made from acrylonitrile and butadiene, so these do not contain latex

“I looked at several medical ID bracelets but none allowed the flexibility to add as much information as Notch does… and if you have to wear one, it’s great to have one that looks this good!”

“Great to be able to mark achievements in this way. I've never been a fan of bead collecting style bracelets but this one really appeals. the only frustrating thing is tha not all the notches are the same size.”
