“Lovely product. The notches are great and i love the fact they can be personalised. Only feedback is maybe the packaging could be changed as the notch logo is so big on the packaging it makes it obvious what it is, so spoils any surprise!!”

“I ordered a bracelet and a notch and they weren’t here for Christmas in fact I have still not received them yet, I will wait another few days and I will be contacting notch to see where or what has happened with my order”

“Bought for my daughter in law for Christmas. Bit complicated to work out the charms but once I had mooched around the website I selected what I wanted and realized it was a gift which can be added to with different ‘charms’. Good quality x”

“Sadly, my notch has been a short lived experience. The quality of the "charms" is unquestionable, and I enjoyed building up a small collection of them to celebrate my running achievements. However, within less than a year the clasp on the bracelet failed whilst I was out walking and both bracelet and charms are now lost forever. Given the cost of the charms I would have hoped that the clasp on the bracelet would have been sturdier. After a month of searching I've given up and, sadly, will now seek other methods for celebrating running achievements in future.”

“Lovely notches to add to my husband's collection. As it was a Christmas present, I asked for non-branded packaging. However, the packaging was branded so when they arrived it have the present away. 🙁”
