“Easy to navigate website although the amount of information and options is a bit dazzling. Easy to personalise my Notch and very fast shipping. One thought for improvement - when you show the pictures of the Notch colours could you put the colour name next to them? It's not there on the personalise your notch page. I knew I'd bought 2 shades of blue but I couldn't work out which one I HADN'T boiught. I ended up with another colour rather than make a mistake. Apart from that I'm really impressed so far.”

“Great noches. However, they never come individually wrapped. Just because you buy 4 doesn't mean they are all gifts for the same person. Ask the purchaser if they want them individually wrapped.”

“These bracelets are fab and are very strong. The only critisism would be the sizing of the bracelets. I went for a size larger than the extra large and was still too tight so sent it back and exchanged it. Customer service was excellent they sent me one in the size I wanted. I love the little notches which you can engrave with your memories.”

“I love treating myself to a notch and adding them to my bracelet every time I complete a 10k event. It marks the event and year and celebrates my achievement. I love choosing the different colours too.”

“Fantastic customer service. I lost my NOTCH bracelet during the Berlin Marathon. I reached out to NOTCH to see if anyone had contacted them with the found bracelet. Unfortunatley no one had found it. NOTCH kindly offered to replace the bracelet for me, at a very generous discounted fee. I now have a lovely NOTCH bracelet again and have added my Berlin Marthon to it. Thank you NOTCH”
