“I never wore bracelets before but I LOvE my notch one. Whether it's an "off the peg" notch or a personalised one they are all perfect. I have them for key races I've finished and I think it's a lovely thing to wear”

“I have had nothing but excellent customer service from NOTCH. A couple of examples - I ordered the wrong size band - they contacted me to check and it was changed straight away. I ordered a London Marathon 2023 NOTCH, and without prompting they asked if I instead wanted the ltd edition one that was £4 cheaper. they swapped the order and refunded me the difference. I wanted a NOTCH for an event: SUPBIKERUN - this didn't exist, they created the offer on their website for it in the Triathlon pages within minutes allowing me to order. The product itself is also great - the build quality is fantastic, and it's a great way to track achievements but also a good talking point :)”

“The concept of Notch is wonderful and personal and they make such thoughtful gifts to others or presents to mark.yoir own achievements or memories. I've made 3 now and the range of notches and ability to personalise is fantastic. I made a mistake with one order and the Notch team graciously swapped my notches for the correct colours I was after. Fast snd efficient service, great communication. I'll be continuing to buy more notches for myself and others.”
