“I have used Message Direct telephone answering service for over 4 months now. I am absolutely happy with their service. I had the opportunity to customise our telephone answering script. It is easy to divert my calls to their answering service, which is always answered to my script and in a professional manner. I particularly like that I get an email to notify me of any and all calls that have come through our telephone line. It’s like having our own receptionist 24/7. The whole service is great value for money and I highly recommend this service.”
