They have provided an excellent service sending an immediate text or email with the information from the calls clear and relevant with name address phone and email. “We have never used a call answering service before, so were unsure how easy it was to set up the process. Everything was explained very well and we were able to begin the process over the phone. All paperwork was emailed over and instructions were simple to follow. We have now been using the system for over a week and are very happy with the service we have received. It has been very easy to make some additional changes to the message and information required from our callers. We are now happy that our customers can contact a person any time day or night, when we are not able to answer the phone, ourselves.”
