Messages Direct promptly set up our account and new telephone number - giving us a choice of available local phone numbers to chose from. Whilst we have had a few issues with the information collected from some callers, our onboarding/sales support Lauren has been quick to address the issues and put measures in place to stop any reoccurrence. The script that we provided can be amended at any time and our onboarding/sales support is knowledgeable about our account and the volume of calls received. Messages Direct touches base regularly to see whether everything is working well and whether we want to make adjustments to our instructions.

We have switched to MessageDirect from another call answering provider and we have noticed a big improvement. Our clients no longer complain we don't answer the calls. We now get our messages and phone calls directed as instructed (previously no phone calls were passed just an email advising we missed a call). Our out-of-hours service is also covered with engineers receiving clear instructions and no call being left without someone taking ownership. We are at the start of our journey with MessageDirect but so far we would definitely recommend.

The system worked well they filtered calls for us as a business and passed them on to the relevant persons. The call handlers were friendly and courteous when on the phone. Only had issues when trying to reach customer service to speak about our business account. They would always try and pass me on to no avail. Then would suggest they give me a callback.

The process of initially contacting and discussing our requirements was very easy and efficiently handled by Message Direct. Our requirements were quickly understood and the service offered well explained. Helpful and friendly staff throughout the whole process.

Good Company and Good Service, Only reason for 4 star is the staff sometimes dont seem that interested in the call and it is noticable in their voice.

All good so far. My only issue was that I asked a couple of times for the receptionist to always ensure that a postcode was taken for the pubs, but that didnt always happen. Thank uou Adrian

We have been using Message Direct for the last five years and find the service invaluable as there is always a real person available to answer the phone, take messages and/or transfer to appropriate person.

Calls are answered quickly and professionally. When we first implemented the service; given the operators are required to field our calls, some clients were frustrated with the level of questioning they got when they called but we got round this by giving out DDIs Some of the 'missed call' messages are not always clear but on the whole it's a great service and I would recommend Message Direct

So far so good, really easy to set up and Nicola was really helpful. We are new to using a call answering service and have chosen to do so as we no longer use our office due to all employees working from home. Very happy that calls now won't be missed. The script and options for answering are great, I'm glad we can have as little or as much fuss as we need. Thanks for setting us up so quickly and easily. I'm looking forward to receiving our first calls!

In general from an Accounting perspective I think Message direct are quite good woth their invoices and information given about direct debits. On a rear occasion we will not receive an invoice. As a service its self as far as I am aware my colleagues using it on site are quite happy with it.

I have found the Message Direct team to be helpful in business continuity over the Covid Pandemic. By being on hand and answering calls they have kept the business open at all times and remaining a professional face to the business.

Message Direct offer a good service, the majority of tickets received are informative, accurate and captures the information from the caller word for word allowing us to locate the sites that are called in quickly. They are very accommodating in requests and will often text the detail to operatives should they request. When communicating with them, they are extremely quick to action and reply, specifically communication sent to Zoe and Nichola. Certainly would recommend.
