We've only been using the service for 2 weeks, but so far the experience has been excellent and there is no reason to believe that it will change. Nichola provided super smooth onboarding. The telephone receptionists pick up quickly, are well-briefed and polite. Call reports are well-written and informative. And if we have a query, our emails are answered almost immediately in a very helpful manner. We are so glad that we changed providers and I would definitely recommend MessageDirect to anyone!
