The venue and service were very good. I would have liked the time and date placed on the internet beforehand but was informed it was withheld which neither myself nor the funeral directors had requested

On arrival at our mothers funeral we were told by a female member of staff that we could not take our family dogs into the service. On arranging our Mums funeral we were categorically told that we could take our dogs to the service. This information was given to our family just as we were about to enter with our Mum. In the end she allowed 1 of our dogs in. It was distressing and incredibly upsetting to be told like this as my Mums funeral was starting. Dogs and other pets are part of families and provision should be made to allow them to attend. Plus any information around stupid rules like this should be cascaded to ALL funeral directors so families are aware in advance, not 5 minutes before the worst day of your life is about to begin.

We, as a family, were really satisfied with all aspects of my husband's funeral. Beforehand we visited the crematorium without an appointment but were shown around with kindness & respect in what is a difficult time. Our questions were answered & requests were not a problem. On the very hot day that 18th July was, we were as comfortable as possible although the flowers wilted rather quickly! The funeral was as we wished in the pleasant surroundings.

The crematorium and the grounds are lovely however, the car park was overflowing for the funeral I attended and the driveway is not wide enough for overflow cars to park up along it. I also feel there is not enough time left between funerals. My brother in law had passed away and there were 100+ people there to pay their respects but we were ushered off straight after the service leaving my already upset sister, more upset she did not speak to some people who could only make it to the crematorium. I appreciate it’s a business but due to the nature of the business, I feel that you should allow more time for families paying for the services.

A peaceful, well organised site which Dad had chosen for his funeral. Parking is a distance from the service hall for those with mobility issues, particularly if it was a wet day, and the gravel areas are not ideal.

Spacious and open grounds, peaceful chapel. We were all very happy with our choice of crematoria, it was easy to find and had all the amenities we required. I would recommend this location to any one looking for was place to say good bye

The building is as pleasant as such a venue can be. The windows to the outside are inspiring. The relatives are a bit too close to the celebrant religious or otherwise and does the loop system work there at the front? . I am partially deaf and could not hear well. . The organ was not the best. The controls at the lectern could be better indicated. I had asked for the curtains to be drawn at the end of the commital and it didn’t happen. It is difficult reviewing such a place.

The service was presented with genuine feeling, the staff's conduct was very professional and the facilities excellent.

An excellent venue. My only comment is that it was unclear where those waiting to go in to a funeral should gather. We ended up outside the exit.

Couldn't fault the venue or surroundings I looked at prices for a memorial of some type, but found them to be extremely pricey and decided not to purchase. My sister has since purchased a nice quality bench with a plaque which can be a permanent memorial for a fraction of the cost if a 15 year rental.

The place and setting is perfect. But the time allowed in between services needs to be bigger. This will allow the carpark to empty and people not to rushed.

Although I didn’t have any contact with the team. The service was lovely and was all we asked for. The communication between yourselves and the funeral directors is obviously a strong one.

Everything worked really well on the day in what was a very emotional time and we were really pleased with how smoothly the ceremony went. This is a lovely setting, very peaceful and tranquil. The facilities are new and being relatively small, have more of an intimate feel. My only issue was that the next service encroached into ours in that people were in the car park waiting for their service to start. It would have been better if there was a separate holding area for the next guests or a bigger spacing between services.

A very special tribute to my mother. The criticisms- the volume of the music was too low and could not be increased by our priest. Also, one verse was missing in the last hymn and the music chosen was too slow. We had this hymn before for my father’s service and that was perfect

Initial responses were great and we had high expectations. Service levels dropped off in the week of the funeral and we were concerned that things might not be dealt with, but in the end it all worked and service on the day was impeccable.

Good venue altho a little small for my husband, he was young when he passed. In conjunction with the coop and Elizabeth Armour had a fantastic funeral and celebration of my husband. Did not feel like we were on a conveyor belt which I was worried about.

The settings and service were all very good, very efficient in the collection of ashes post service as well. Perhaps to improve make it clearer the flowers on top of the coffin get burnt with the coffin - as we thought we'd have the roses after the service.

Setting will be beautiful when a bit more mature. Chapel would be better with a longer central aisle to allow for entry music. Turn chairs 45° maybe? The one-hour slots are an excellent feature.
