“Absolutely wonderful setting on what was one of the hardest days imaginable. It’s the small touches like the comfortable seating and the coloured mood lifting that really make a difference. No one wants to be at Memoria and that’s the truth but it really is the perfect place to say goodbye to a loved one.”

“We recently said goodbye to my mother at St.Asaph Crematorium and the event was very smooth and worry free. The organisation by the team was excellent and everything was in place for family and friends to enjoy the send off. The building is new and airy and not at all dismal or gloomy. The furnishings inside are very nice and you feel very cossetted on a day when emotions are running high. Overall it was an excellent experience and it will leave us with some very happy memories.”

“Having recently had two funerals take place within the space of five weeks, we'd like to commend the crematorium and staff for delivering very fitting and appropriate services in a wonderful setting. The facility for live online broadcasting of the services and use of music and audio visuals enhanced the experience, and allowed those not able to attend to participate at these two difficult times.”

“Having been to Waveney Memoria several times, and in all types of weather (fortunately my late wife's funeral was held on a good day), I find the exit reception area not large enough, indeed on some occasions the most bereaved (usually family) have to stand and thank mourners with very little shelter from the elements. Surely this could be improved...! All other facilities were excellent.”

“Hello, I must say I was dreading the day of my mother's funeral,(she had wished for the service to be at your facility) however with the landscaped gardens and modern buildings i found the whole place to be very uplifting and whilst obviously very sad with the help of the celebrant everything ran very smoothly. “We recently said goodbye to my father in law and was so grateful for the way in which his service was carried out. From the beautiful building & landscapes, into a peaceful room where we were seated on comfortable sofas and chairs. The service was lovely and at no time were we rushed, we celebrated what a huge part of everyone's life he was and remembered just how special he was. We were allowed time to catch up with family after the service under the shelter on the exit of the crematorium. We really can't thank them enough for their kindness and compassion. Thank you from the late Cyril Turners family.”
