“We chose this setting as it is set in beautiful surroundings, bright and calming. Tom has been absolutely fantastic, inviting us to visit the crematorium before the service to sit in the chapel and visit the Gardens. Nothing was too much trouble he’s been a delight from start to finish. I visited with my daughter in law before the service . Tom answered all our questions with sensitivity both on that day where he showed us the options available in the chapel and on a phone call before the visit when I had so many tears and questions. On the day of the funeral everything ran smoothly as Tom had said it would and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We had all the time we needed to say our personal goodbye to a wonderful husband, Dad and Grandpa. My Grandchildren were given memory bears to comfort them during the service which they did and have done since. Everything felt calm and we were made to feel as we were the only people who mattered to them on that day. A heartbreaking day was made easier , by Tom, the undertakers who cared for us and being in such a calm and peaceful setting. We were cared for at Doncaster and South Yorkshire Memorial Park”

“This was the perfect place for a celebration of my wife's life. Comfortable, modern and just the right size. Everyone involved on the day was superb. The one negative I have is that it costs £60 to buy a memory stick containing a video of the service. The quality of the camera could also be better.”

“Losing my husband is devestating and when they first go to heaven it weighs heavy on your heart because you know that you now have so much to do including organising their funeral. To be honest for me it was helpful as I could concentrate on making it the best send off I could give him. The crematorium was perfect my husband was very into nature and the setting at Waveney is calming and peaceful, which is exactly what I needed as walked in. Once I got in to the crematorium my feelings continued, it is a beautiful crematorium, thank you x”

“My mums service was everything I wished it could be and more. Brian Stovold and Chris Noone were amazing and a great support from start to finish and no detail was left out. Sarah Mead our Celebrant was so helpful and her service came across as she was actually part of our family . My mum would have been so proud of the service and the facilities were perfect , such a lovely place”
