“The crematorium is in a peaceful and relaxing setting. The chapel itself has a cosy and welcoming feel with large sofas for family and friends. We had a lovely service here for my late wife. A big thank you to Claire who was so kind and helpful to myself and daughter on what was a very difficult day for us.”

“I recently laid my wife Gill to rest at Memoria in Amber Valley. I have to say that she could not have had a better send off - the crematorium is surrounded by a beautiful garden that everyone is free to walk around in, the chapel was ideal, not too formal, visual aids were excellent and atmosphere was just right for such an occassion - subdued lighting, good sound system for the eulogies and a relaxed feel to it, allowing us to create a celebration of her life through words and pictures. A fitting send off fo a wonderful woman. Many thanks to all the team that made it possible - Gill would have really appreciated it”

“Unfortunately, my family have used this service twice this year... my Mother and stepfather. The care, and thoughtfulness from start to finish was exceptional. The setting at North herts is so peaceful, surrounded by countryside.”

“The facilities at Flintshire Memorial Park were welcoming and comfortable, and the service provided was excellent. The working relationship between the park staff, celebrant and the funeral directors ensured that the service ran smoothly. The ability to stream and record the service was much appreciated as it meant that family and friends around the world were able to feel included in the day. Thank-you.”
