“The venue itself has a calming atmosphere, with a warm but orderly presence. The service rooms seating is comfortable with its soft furnishings. Facilities available ie projections of photos, sound track system were clear and well orchestrated,adding to the well presented service by Zoe. All in all a professional and satisfying service was received.”

“The surroundings on the entrance to the crematorium are kept very clean. The seating was ample for our service. Glad that it was streamed so our families and friends who were not able to be there could watch so at least be a part of the ceremony.”

“Very impressed, clean, tidy and inviting. Plenty of parking for all vehicles without any problems. From the start of service to the finishing of the service everything went smoothly with the music that had been requested. Well done to all.”

“The grounds are beautiful even in Winter, there is plenty of parking available. We were given plenty of time before my mum's funeral and plenty of time after so as to not feel rushed or an inconvenience. The crematorium itself is beautifully decorated and the staff are really respectful.”

“we had a lovely service for my late husband on the 1st December at St Asaph, the facilities were great, it is truly a lovely location, but I do have a comment about it, as there were over 200 attending the service, unfortunately some were situated outside, and as the weather was bad on this morning, and as they were cold, and were not aware that we had a visual service, so consequently some left before the service ended, it is a great pity that the canopy does not cover more of the outside, and a great pity also that the inside only seats 106 or so? it is probably too late to rectify this, but should be taken into consideration in the future for new building. More and more people are requesting cremation rather than Church or Chapel , therefore it is certainly worth discussing in the future. thank you for the opportunity to mention this, and thank you again for contacting me thank you for allowing me to”
