“We were touched with the care and attention we received from Lucy at Ellough . She went out of her way to reassure us as a family and especially my elderly father , about the plans for my mums interment, showing care and compassion at every step .”

“South Oxfordshire Crematorium is a lovely, peaceful setting. We did not feel rushed and Howard Chadwick Funeral Services arranged the service exactly as we had wished. It was a beautiful service.”

“Everything went very smoothly, the coop did a marvellous job and the minister was excellent. The only criticism I would have is the tv screens need to be bigger, but other than that everything went without a hitch”

“We are so glad to have chosen Memoria South Leicester for our daughters service. The location & setting is just beautifully peaceful. Also, having a web cast option has never proven to be more vital than during the current pandemic, so family & friends who couldn't attend in person, could still be part of saying their final good bye.”

“It was a beautiful setting for Mum’s funeral. The chapel was bright and airy with a lovely wide aisle that made it very easy for a member of the party who needed a mobility scooter. There was also plenty of disabled parking. There was a very calm, relaxed feel to the whole occasion. It felt very dignified and it was a really lovely service, exactly what we wanted to say farewell to our beloved mother. The sound quality of the music throughout was excellent and the slideshow was a wonderful addition to the service. The slides were not actually in the intended order but it didn’t really matter, although we would have preferred the music not to have cut off suddenly at the end. The webcast was also excellent and family and friends who watched it said they felt as though they were actually there. To be able to keep the download is a real bonus. Thank you Memoria and C.S. Boswell.”

“Very good service and smoothly delivered. What I really like about the North Herts facility is the well-separated entrance and exit and the time slots allocated for each funeral - it avoids the sad situation I've experienced at other funerals of people leaving one service only to have to hack their way through the gaggle of people waiting for the next one. Lovely grounds which can only get better as they mature. Thank you to all your staff for making this such a good experience.”
