“I was extremely disappointed to see that of the 2 photographs we submitted for digital display on the wall- one of them was of a complete stranger! This was upsetting and embarrassing. Although put right by yourselves after prompting and apologies were given - it shouldn’t have happened.”

“The Service to remember my late wife took place at South Leicester. The setting, was as she requested, and myself and my family were glad that she did. The setting is bright and "welcoming" and the service was exactly what we had requested. The family is spread far and wide as well as overseas and the ability to have a webcast was appreciated by all. I have had lots of feedback about this. All in all it was a good respectful celebration of her life. Thank you”

“I Have attended three services at this location. The only Criticism I have is the Projector above the Coffin is not clearly visible from all area's. Also on the Webcast it can't be seen my suggestion would be to put the Picture on the two monitors. Everything else is perfect.”

“The new North Oxfordshire Crematorium is in a beautiful expanse of lawns and gardens with more than adequate parking. We turned up unannounced one afternoon to have a look round and we were given a conducted tour of the facility by a welcoming member of staff. Apart from the modern chapel building there is a large octagonal function room which provides a 360 degree view of the grounds. Inside, the large chapel is stunning but at the same time calming. The upholstered sofas and seating were very comfortable and much appreciated. The staff are very helpful but completely discreet - we didn't see any of them during the ceremony. Everything we asked for: music, video presentation, hymns, on-line streaming and recording, committal etc happened seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble. All the guests remarked it was one of the loveliest funerals they could remember. Thank you Memoria be assured we shall recommend your North Oxfordshire Crematorium whenever an occasion arises.”
