“I have taken my time in replying to this request because I wanted to make sure I put this across to properly convey our opinion as a family. We organised the service for my father via E H Crouch in Baldock and the communication between them and Donna kept everything so simple, right from the very start. The day of the service went smoothly and we have no issues with anything from this perspective. After the service, my Mum, Sister and Myself went to meet Donna and talk about the options available at the Park. The tone used by Donna was just what we needed. Light hearted but with much care. We wanted to get Dad settled by a set date and Donna and the team did everything possible to ensure that we were able to be with Dad by the requested date. Nothing was too much trouble. We have a long road ahead to deal with such a huge loss to our family and on many of the occasions when we visit Dad one of the team always makes themselves known and that if we need anything just to ask. This means so much. The respect we receive from Donna and the team just confirms to us that we made the right choice, when deciding on where to lay Dad to rest. Thank you.”

“The crematorium was relaxed and comfortable, rather than cold and austere. Chairs were comfortable. Staff were on hand to answer any queries and put my mind at ease before the ceremony started and the ease of parking was a weight off my mind.”

“We celebrated our Mother's life with you yesterday. Everything was perfect and I particularly loved the fact that your room, with it's comfortable seating, is just the right size which gives a real feeling of intimacy, particularly as our celebration was quite small and I know we all took away lovely warm memories of the day.”

“My mother-in-laws funeral was held at the North Herts Crematorium recently. I can only praise both Austins Funeral Directors and the crematorium for the sensitive way everything was handled. The funeral went smoothly, without any hitches, and the pickup of her ashes was very easy. I can only thank everyone involved for making a sad occasion very comfortable for all concerned.”
